  • Recently completed the Water Front Court project Located at Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State. It comprises of blocks of 3 bedroom flat, 2 bedroom flat and 1 bedrom flat.

  • We have approximately 6,000 plots of land for sale in Elerangbe, Ibeju Lekki LGA, with around 2,000 plots sold in the past two years. This property currently represents the highest market demand for Zia Properties Limited.

  • Currently, The Wisdom Court project located at Abraham Adesanya, Ajah is still in progress. It is a 44 units housing project which comprises of units of 3 and 2 bedroom terrace duplexes, 2 bedroom blocks of flat and mini flats.
